\u201eWe fight for freedom of movement for all and without conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The central Mediterranean sea has become a highway for weapons and goods, and a graveyard for people. This is because of Fortress Europe: a racist, capitalist and Neo-colonial project.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We refuse the policies of hatred and division, we refuse normalization. We know that a different present is possible. We are preparing a massive sea occupation mid-September 2025, south of Lampedusa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 The core idea is to gather the largest possible number of boats, and to pierce the southern border of the European fortress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the initial concentration south of Lampedusa, F.LOTTA boats will sail South together, for a first day of navigation. The boats will then take on watchkeeping positions, forming a solidarity monitoring chain and moving along coordinated patrolling patterns. F.LOTTA will then sail back together for a final concentration and commemorations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The initiative aims to be a mass event, involving as many boats as possible. This answers to practical and political needs: we need to be multitude to occupy a considerable portion of the sea, to magnet attention, as well as to project an articulated vision for a radically different present. While F.LOTTA overall message is that of freedom of movement, each boat will be the flag bearer and witness of a connected, specific political campaigns\u2026”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201eOn Friday, the 12th of September 2025, Refugees in Libya will hold a press conference in front of the headquarter of UNHCR, presenting the \u201eBook of Shame\u201c. It includes dozens of complaints and accusations from refugees and migrants in Libya, Tunisia and Niger. They all experienced non-assistance and ignorance, negligence and rejections from an institution, which pretends humanity is central to its cause. But instead of fulfilling its mandate to protect refugees, asylum seekers, and people on the move, the UNHCR is protecting European borders and has become an instrument of European externalisation policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In December 2022 Refugees in Libya started to organize the UNFAIR-campaign towards UNHCR with a first manifestation and demonstration in front of its headquarter in Geneva. Now, in September 2025, we will come back as the situation has not improved rather even worsened. Within the last 18 months through a new hotline project Refugees in Libya and the supporting alliance have collected hundreds of testimonies, who witnessed continuous violations of human rights. UNHCR did not care about it and was unreachable for these people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Libya we have  known their concept of blackmailing since many years. People are detained and kept in unbearable situations, while the,  \u201eInternational Organisation for Migration (IOM) is offering the onliest solution: to return back to the country of origin. In Tunisia we recently experienced this blackmailing system again: in parallel to brutal attacks, raids and evictions of makeshift settlements, IOM staff appear to desperate people on the move to advertise \u201evoluntary return\u201c. All over the world IOM execute their “migration management\u201c with so-called voluntary return programs – as an integral part of inhuman border regimes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 13th of September 2025 we will demonstrate in front of the IOM- and UNHCR headquarters to denounce their respective abusive practices. We will confront their humanitarian facade with the realities and the truth by numerous voices of testimonies, by recordings but also by direct speeches of refugee activists, who reached Europe and are not willing to forget their hurts and also not their comrades, who are still suffering and struggling in Libya, Tunisia or Niger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This event will be the occasion to denounce the continuity of European and national migration policies. Indeed, a large camp for asylum seekers has just opened in Geneva. In semi-prison conditions, people are now being held for several months between the airport tarmac and a highway\u2026\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201eIn 2005, a group of asylum seekers living in Rabat (Morocco) formed the first informal, self-managed association to defend their rights against the violence they were suffering due to the alleged illegality of their stay. Thanks to ARCOM’s commitment and determination and its work on the ground, ARCOM’s experience was followed by other migrants and activists who also formed associations or solidarity collectives, thus creating a dynamic of associative movements working on the theme of transnational migration in Morocco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The regularisation of undocumented migrants in 2013 and 2017, the legalisation of migrant associations and the acceptance of migrant children in Moroccan public schools are all small victories that are part of the struggle begun by ARCOM in 2005.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARCOM’s commitment was crowned in 2015 with the establishment of an emergency and temporary shelter for migrant women and their children to meet their concrete and urgent needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, ARCOM has undoubtedly become a leading association in Morocco and has succeeded in bringing together locals and migrants through its shelters and its socio-cultural centre, which offers a variety of professional and cultural activities, including language and literacy classes, computer skills, sewing and entrepreneurship, as well as a women’s and youth garden and a theatre workshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To celebrate these small victories, ARCOM is organising a transnational conference on the theme \u2018Migrants have their say: We migrate to live, not to die\u2019. The conference will bring together migrants and community and institutional actors from different cities in Morocco, Africa and Europe.  It will not only be an opportunity for celebration, but also for sharing and exchanging experiences, in-depth analysis and careful reflection on the current development of transnational migration.  Under the theme “Migrants have their say: We migrate to live, not to die,” we will attempt to look back on the last 20 years and provide an overview of the current situation of migrants around the world, with a particular focus on African migrants in so-called transit countries: Algeria, Libya, Mali, Senegal, Morocco, Mauritania and Tunisia. We will analyse the increasingly harsh migration and asylum policies that the EU continues to implement and their social implications. The externalisation of EU borders and the consequences of these policies on those affected on the road to exile (men, women, children, unaccompanied minors) as well as the daily solidarity work of social and institutional actors in Africa and Europe will also be at the heart of our discussions and analyses\u2026\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201eOn February 2017 a Memorandum of Understatement (MoU) was signed by the Italian and Libyan governments on \u201cfighting illegal migration\u201d. This agreement, with the support of European Union funding and coordination by Frontex, has trained, financed and equipped Libyan forces who have systematically abducted, arbitrarily detained, tortured, enslaved, killed and raped migrants and we, Refugees in Libya, are among its victims. Through this agreement, Italy and the EU are currently aiding and abetting the perpetration of crimes against humanity in Libya. We hold them directly accountable for purposefully creating a racist torturing environment in Libya as a xenophobic attempt to deter migration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But our demands go beyond just stopping harm. We ask for justice and reparations for all of us who were victims of Italian and EU policies in Libya. We want evacuation, protection and dignity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The action days will include various initiatives and events organized by a wider coalition and culminating at 18th of October in an accusational manifestation from a \u201estage of survivors\u201c in a public square in Rome\u2026”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No Border Summit Vienna \u2013 Abolish ICMPD! counter-conference & manifestations against the “Vienna Migration Conference” <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201e<\/strong>The International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) is hosting the 10th Vienna Migration Conference in Vienna on October 21 and 22. As every year, international representatives from politics, actors from the (European) migration and border regime, and scientific \u201cexperts\u201d are invited to plan Europe’s migration policy and formulate strategic recommendations for politicians. The ICMPD is an ideological think tank, which stands behind many of the authoritarian migrationpolicies implemented within Europe in recent years.Its recommendations to policymakers, financed in part by the EU, have manifested themselves, for example, in the introduction of a restricted payment card system for refugees in Bavaria and now also in parts of Austria, the externalised training of security forces in Libya, Tunisia, and Algeria, mass deportations and pushbacks in the desert, and the attempt to push ahead with the construction of a deportation prison in the Lipa refugee camp in Bosnia. Over the past few years, the ICMPD has successfully managed to keep this “Vienna Migration Conference” away from the public eye. This year, we want to change that and take the 10th anniversary of the ICMPD Vienna Migration Conference as an opportunity to take action together, develop solidaric strategies, and show that we will not stand idly by and watch as Fortress Europe continues to expand! In the days leading up to the Vienna Migration Conference, we want to network, share ideas on how we can resist together through workshops, manifest loudly against the ICMPD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maersk Etienne case indictment – Trial against Mediterranea<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201e<\/strong>At 9:00 gathering in front of the Court in Ragusa (in the evening before assembly in Ragusa).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the request of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the GUP of the Court of Ragusa decided to indict six activists of Mediterranea Saving Humans on charges of \u2018aggravated aiding and abetting illegal immigration.\u2019 The decision refers to what happened on 11 September 2020, when the ship Mare Jonio intervened to rescue 27 migrants who had been on board the Danish tanker Maersk Etienne for 38 days, abandoned in the middle of the sea without any possibility of disembarkation, despite their serious physical and psychological conditions. Mediterranea once again chose to be on the side of life, bringing those people to safety in the port of Pozzallo, where they disembarked with the authorisation of the Italian authorities. Three months later, the Maersk Tankers company made a transparent donation to support civil rescue activities at sea. A political-judicial fabrication was built on this affair, which we are ready to dismantle at trial\u2026\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201eOn the second anniversary of the signing of the Protocol, we return to Albania. Let\u2019s go to Gj\u00e4der!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two days of meetings to discuss and develop new strategies against Italian and European neocolonial policies and to scream out loud our opposition to all forms of administrative detention with a protest in Gj\u00e4der in front of what is now the eleventh Italian CPR and a new model for the European border regime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a preliminary outline of the two-day program:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We plan to be in Shengjin on October 31st in the evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

November 1st. Morning: Presentation, analysis and discussion of specific aspects of the G\u00e4der centre and its impact on Albanian society in terms of neocolonial exploitation. Afternoon: Transfer by public transport to the Gj\u00e4der detention center to show our solidarity with an to the people detained. After the demonstration, transfer to Tirana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

November 2nd, Tirana: Workshops where the international organizations can present the state of the art of repression and deportation of migrant people in their countries, with the aim of finding \/ exchanging tools to define common practices and projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nous refusons les politiques de haine et de division, nous refusons leur normalisation. Nous savons qu’un autre pr\u00e9sent est possible. Nous pr\u00e9parons une occupation massive de la mer mi-septembre 2025, au sud de Lampedusa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’id\u00e9e est de rassembler le plus grand nombre possible de bateaux et de transgresser la fronti\u00e8re sud de la forteresse europ\u00e9enne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s le rassemblement initial au sud de Lampedusa, les bateaux de F.LOTTA navigueront ensemble vers le sud pour une premi\u00e8re journ\u00e9e de navigation. Les bateaux prendront ensuite des positions formant une cha\u00eene de surveillance solidaire, se d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant selon des sch\u00e9mas de patrouille coordonn\u00e9s. F.LOTTA naviguera ensuite ensemble pour un rassemblement final et des comm\u00e9morations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’initiative se veut un \u00e9v\u00e9nement de masse, impliquant autant de bateaux que possible. \u00ab Le vendredi 12 septembre 2025, Refugees in Libya<\/em> tiendra une conf\u00e9rence de presse devant le si\u00e8ge du HCR pour pr\u00e9senter le \u00ab Livre de la honte \u00bb. Ce document rassemble des dizaines de plaintes et d’accusations formul\u00e9es par des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9.es et des migrant.es en Libye, en Tunisie et au Niger. Tou.tes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 victimes de l’inaction, de l’indiff\u00e9rence, de la n\u00e9gligence et du rejet d’une institution qui pr\u00e9tend pourtant placer l’humanit\u00e9 au c\u0153ur de sa mission. Mais au lieu de remplir son mandat de protection des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9.es, des demandeur.euses d’asile et des personnes en d\u00e9placement, le HCR prot\u00e8ge les fronti\u00e8res europ\u00e9ennes et est devenu un instrument des politiques d’externalisation de l’Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En d\u00e9cembre 2022, Refugees in Libya<\/em> a lanc\u00e9 la campagne \u00ab UNFAIR \u00bb contre le HCR avec une premi\u00e8re manifestation devant son si\u00e8ge \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve. Aujourd’hui, en septembre 2025, nous revenons car la situation ne s’est pas am\u00e9lior\u00e9e, elle a m\u00eame empir\u00e9. Au cours des 18 derniers mois, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un nouveau projet de ligne d’assistance t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique, Refugees in Libya<\/em> et l’alliance qui les soutient ont recueilli des centaines de t\u00e9moignages de personnes ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 victimes de violations de droits humains. Le HCR n’en a pas tenu compte et a tourn\u00e9 le dos \u00e0 ces personnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En Libye, nous connaissons \u00e9galement le chantage exerc\u00e9 par l’Organisation internationale pour les migrations (OIM) depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es. Les personnes sont d\u00e9tenues dans des conditions insupportables, tandis que l\u2019OIM leur propose la seule solution : retourner dans leur pays d’origine. En Tunisie, nous avons r\u00e9cemment fait l’exp\u00e9rience de ce m\u00eame syst\u00e8me de chantage : parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 des attaques brutales, des raids et des expulsions de campements de fortune, le personnel de l’OIM se pr\u00e9sente aux personnes d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9es en fuite pour leur proposer un \u00ab retour volontaire \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Partout dans le monde, l’OIM met en \u0153uvre sa \u00ab gestion des migrations \u00bb \u00e0 travers des programmes de \u00ab retour volontaire \u00bb, qui font partie int\u00e9grante de r\u00e9gimes frontaliers inhumains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le 13 septembre 2025, nous manifesterons devant les si\u00e8ges de l’OIM et du HCR pour d\u00e9noncer leurs pratiques abusives respectives. Nous confronterons leur fa\u00e7ade humanitaire \u00e0 la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 \u00e0 travers de nombreux t\u00e9moignages, des enregistrements et des discours de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9.es qui ont atteint l’Europe. Ces dernier.\u00e8res ne sont pas pr\u00eat.es \u00e0 oublier ni leurs souffrances ni leurs camarades qui continuent de souffrir et de lutter en Libye, en Tunisie et au Niger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement sera l’occasion de d\u00e9noncer la continuit\u00e9 de la violence frontali\u00e8re. En effet, un grand camp pour demandeurs d’asile vient d’ouvrir \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve. Dans des conditions semi-carc\u00e9rales, des personnes sont d\u00e9sormais d\u00e9tenues depuis plusieurs mois entre le tarmac de l’a\u00e9roport et une autoroute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab En 2005, un groupe de demandeur.euses d’asile vivant \u00e0 Rabat (Maroc) a form\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re association informelle et autog\u00e9r\u00e9e pour d\u00e9fendre leurs droits contre les violences dont ils et elles \u00e9taient victimes en raison de la pr\u00e9tendue ill\u00e9galit\u00e9 de leur s\u00e9jour. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l’engagement et \u00e0 la d\u00e9termination de l’ARCOM et \u00e0 son travail sur le terrain, cette exp\u00e9rience a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9it\u00e9r\u00e9e par d’autres migrant.es et militant.es qui ont \u00e9galement form\u00e9 des associations ou des collectifs de solidarit\u00e9, cr\u00e9ant ainsi une dynamique de mouvements associatifs travaillant sur le th\u00e8me de la migration transnationale au Maroc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La r\u00e9gularisation des migrant.es sans papiers en 2013 et 2017, la l\u00e9galisation des associations de migrant.es et l’acceptation des enfants migrants dans les \u00e9coles publiques marocaines sont autant de petites victoires qui s’inscrivent dans la lutte engag\u00e9e par l’ARCOM depuis 2005.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’engagement de l’ARCOM a \u00e9t\u00e9 couronn\u00e9 en 2015 par la cr\u00e9ation d’un refuge d’urgence et temporaire pour les femmes migrantes et leurs enfants afin de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 leurs besoins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aujourd’hui, l’ARCOM est sans aucun doute devenue une association de premier plan au Maroc et a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 rassembler les populations locales et les migrants gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses refuges et \u00e0 son centre socioculturel, qui propose diverses activit\u00e9s professionnelles et culturelles, notamment des cours de langue et d’alphab\u00e9tisation, des cours d’informatique, de couture et d’entrepreneuriat, ainsi qu’un jardin pour les femmes et les jeunes et un atelier de th\u00e9\u00e2tre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour c\u00e9l\u00e9brer ces petites victoires, l’ARCOM organise une conf\u00e9rence transnationale sur le th\u00e8me \u00ab Les migrants ont la parole : nous migrons pour vivre, pas pour mourir \u00bb. La conf\u00e9rence r\u00e9unira des migrant.es et des acteurs communautaires et institutionnels de diff\u00e9rentes villes du Maroc, d’Afrique et d’Europe.  Ce sera non seulement l’occasion de c\u00e9l\u00e9brer, mais aussi de partager et d’\u00e9changer des exp\u00e9riences, d’analyser en profondeur et de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir attentivement \u00e0 l’\u00e9volution actuelle des migrations transnationales. Nous reviendrons sur les 20 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es et dresserons un \u00e9tat des lieux de la situation actuelle des migrant.es dans le monde, en mettant particuli\u00e8rement l’accent sur les migrant.es africain.es dans les pays dits de transit : Alg\u00e9rie, Libye, Mali, S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, Maroc, Mauritanie et Tunisie. \u00ab En f\u00e9vrier 2017, un protocole d’accord (MoU) a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 par les gouvernements italien et libyen sur la \u00ab lutte contre l’immigration clandestine \u00bb. Cet accord, soutenu financi\u00e8rement par l’Union europ\u00e9enne et coordonn\u00e9 par Frontex, a permis de former, financer et \u00e9quiper les forces libyennes lesuqlles ont syst\u00e9matiquement enlev\u00e9, d\u00e9tenu arbitrairement, tortur\u00e9, r\u00e9duit en esclavage, tu\u00e9 et viol\u00e9 des migrant.es. Nous, r\u00e9fugi\u00e9.es en Libye, faisons partie de leurs victimes. Par cet accord, l’Italie et l’UE se rendent actuellement complices de crimes contre l’humanit\u00e9 en Libye. Nous les tenons directement responsables d’avoir d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment cr\u00e9\u00e9 un environnement raciste et tortionnaire en Libye dans le but de dissuader la migration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mais nos revendications vont au-del\u00e0 de la simple cessation des violations. Nous demandons justice et r\u00e9paration pour toutes celles et ceux d’entre nous qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 victimes des politiques italiennes et europ\u00e9ennes en Libye. Nous voulons \u00eatre \u00e9vacu\u00e9.es, prot\u00e9g\u00e9.es et trait\u00e9.es avec dignit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab <\/strong>Le Centre international pour le d\u00e9veloppement des politiques migratoires (ICMPD) organise la 10e Conf\u00e9rence de Vienne sur les migrations les 21 et 22 octobre \u00e0 Vienne. Comme chaque ann\u00e9e, des repr\u00e9sentant.es internationaux de la sph\u00e8re politique, des acteurs du r\u00e9gime migratoire et frontalier (europ\u00e9en) et des \u00ab expert.es \u00bb scientifiques sont invit\u00e9.es \u00e0 planifier la politique migratoire europ\u00e9enne et \u00e0 formuler des recommandations strat\u00e9giques \u00e0 l’intention des responsables politiques. L’ICMPD est un groupe de r\u00e9flexion id\u00e9ologique qui est \u00e0 l’origine de nombreuses politiques migratoires autoritaires mises en \u0153uvre en Europe ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Ses recommandations aux d\u00e9cideurs politiques, financ\u00e9es en partie par l’UE, se sont concr\u00e9tis\u00e9es, par exemple, par l’introduction d’un syst\u00e8me de cartes de paiement restreint pour les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9.es en Bavi\u00e8re et d\u00e9sormais dans certaines r\u00e9gions d’Autriche, la formation des forces de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en Libye, en Tunisie et en Alg\u00e9rie, les expulsions massives et les refoulements dans le d\u00e9sert, ainsi que la tentative de faire avancer la construction d’une prison pour les personnes en attente d\u2019expulsion dans le camp de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9.es de Lipa en Bosnie. Au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, l’ICMPD a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 maintenir cette \u00ab Conf\u00e9rence de Vienne sur les migrations \u00bb \u00e0 l’\u00e9cart de l’attention publique. Cette ann\u00e9e, nous voulons changer cela et profiter du 10e anniversaire de la Conf\u00e9rence de Vienne sur les migrations de l’ICMPD pour agir ensemble, d\u00e9velopper des strat\u00e9gies solidaires et montrer que nous ne resterons pas les bras crois\u00e9s pendant que la forteresse Europe continue de s’\u00e9tendre ! Mise en accusation dans l’affaire Maersk Etienne – Proc\u00e8s contre Mediterranea<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab <\/strong>\u00c0 9h, rassemblons-nous devant le tribunal de Raguse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0 la demande du parquet, le juge d’instruction du tribunal de Raguse a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mettre en accusation six militants de Mediterranea Saving Humans pour \u00ab aide aggrav\u00e9e \u00e0 l’immigration clandestine . Cette d\u00e9cision fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux \u00e9v\u00e9nements du 11 septembre 2020, lorsque le navire Mare Jonio est intervenu pour secourir 27 migrants qui se trouvaient \u00e0 bord du p\u00e9trolier danois Maersk Etienne depuis 38 jours, abandonn\u00e9s en pleine mer sans aucune possibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9barquement, malgr\u00e9 leur \u00e9tat physique et psychologique grave. Mediterranea a une fois de plus choisi d’\u00eatre du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la vie, en mettant ces personnes en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans le port de Pozzallo, o\u00f9 elles ont d\u00e9barqu\u00e9 avec l’autorisation des autorit\u00e9s italiennes. Trois mois plus tard, la compagnie Maersk Tankers a fait un don transparent pour soutenir les activit\u00e9s de sauvetage civil en mer. Une fabrication politico-judiciaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 construite autour de cette affaire, que nous sommes pr\u00eat.es \u00e0 d\u00e9manteler lors du proc\u00e8s… \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Journ\u00e9es de protestation et ateliers organis\u00e9s par le r\u00e9seau contre la d\u00e9tention des migrants \u00e0 Shengjin, G\u00e4der et Tirana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab \u00c0 l’occasion du deuxi\u00e8me anniversaire de la signature du protocole, nous retournons en Albanie. Allons \u00e0 Gj\u00e4der !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deux jours de r\u00e9unions pour discuter et d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles strat\u00e9gies contre les politiques n\u00e9ocoloniales italiennes et europ\u00e9ennes et pour crier haut et fort notre opposition \u00e0 toutes les formes de d\u00e9tention administrative lors d’une manifestation \u00e0 Gj\u00e4der devant ce qui est d\u00e9sormais le onzi\u00e8me CPR italien et un nouveau mod\u00e8le pour le r\u00e9gime frontalier europ\u00e9en.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Voici un aper\u00e7u pr\u00e9liminaire du programme de ces deux jours :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nous pr\u00e9voyons d’\u00eatre \u00e0 Shengjin le 31 octobre dans la soir\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1er novembre au matin : pr\u00e9sentation, analyse et discussion des aspects sp\u00e9cifiques du centre de G\u00e4der et de son impact sur la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 albanaise en termes d’exploitation n\u00e9ocoloniale. Apr\u00e8s-midi : transfert en transports publics vers le centre de d\u00e9tention de Gj\u00e4der pour manifester notre solidarit\u00e9 avec les personnes d\u00e9tenues. Apr\u00e8s la manifestation, transfert vers Tirana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 novembre, Tirana : ateliers lors desquels les organisations internationales pourront pr\u00e9senter l’\u00e9tat des politiques de r\u00e9pression et d\u2019expulsion des migrant.es dans leurs pays, dans le but de trouver\/\u00e9changer des outils pour d\u00e9finir des pratiques et des projets communs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
